For Every Action There Is A Reaction

When you make a decision to do nothing, you are actually taking action to do nothing, and as a result the reaction is nothing will get done.
That is a profound statement! It is so simple. I guess that's why it is called Simpleology!

When you make a decision to sit in front of the TV for hours on end, the reaction is your mind will be programmed by mindless media and your body will store energy as fat.

If you turn off the tv and read a good book, you will get some personal growth and feel better about yourself! I feel terrible after I watch a whole day of movies on the weekend when my husband is away. I think of how much more I could have gotten done!

At least I always work on something while I watch TV. I can't just sit down and do nothing. I always have a project or a tablet in my hand. Even in the car. If there is a traffic delay, I grab a book and read it or a tablet and work on a project.

There is no such thing as laziness and procrastination.
They are both just ineffective actions.

I am an income tax preparer. When do you think I file our return? You are right if you guessed in April!
