Mind Movies to Create Your Own Destiny
Create your own destiny with mind movies!
Oh my, this is incredible…
I just saw this interview of a guy from Australia that
could change the way you manifest anything you want
into your life. You really do have to see this:
mind movies
You see, he figured out this powerful way to tap into the
Law of Attraction that practically guarantees
you’ll get whatever you want.
And the surprising thing about it is it is SUPER easy to do,
you can start doing it right now…and here’s the really cool
part…
*****************************
He’s GIVING it away! ForFREE
*****************************
He obviously understands abundance, because he’s
practicing it in a very big way here:
mind movies
So what is it about Aussies anyway? They seem to totally
have this figured out, especially when you consider that
the land down under is where we got…
***********************
The Secret
***********************
I’m sure you’ll agree that was life changing all by itself.
And now, this guy has added another dimension to the
Law of Attraction that ramps up how fast you can manifest
anything you want into your life.
**************************************
This makes the Universe say YES even faster!
**************************************
He even got marketing expert Frank Kern excited about it.
If you haven’t heard of Frank, well, he’s a marketing genius
who makes millions of dollars online. Everything he does
seems to turn to gold.
But he’s not exactly what you’d expect when it comes to using
The Law of Attraction to manifest your goals and desires.
You’ll hear his personal experience with this when you
watch the video:
mind movies
So, if even HE is doing this, what does that tell you about
how effective this is? Bad news for the naysayers who think
it isn’t for “regular” people, or the Law of Attraction is some
kind of mumbo jumbo.
So if you’re really serious about increasing your power to
manifest anything you want into your life super fast,
you need to check this out right now:
mind movies
I’ve already started using this, and I strongly recommend
you do too.
Create your own destiny with mind movies!
P.S. I’m extremely excited about this, because it could
literally transform your life. So be sure you share your story
with me when you start doing this, OK?

I Love Mind Movies!
I love the mind movies success accelerator program!
It is really cool watching the mind movies while you are surfing the web or talking on the phone or taking a quick break for a cup of hot chocolate.
It is like a giant screensaver playing overtop of what you are working on, but can be extemely opaque, hardly visible, or you can make it completely there to watch as a movie.
I am so excited about this concept to retrain my thinking subliminally!
Put pictures to your dreams!
Get mind movies right now!
There is a special discount and you get $3000 in great bonuses during the launch only while supplies last!

Priceless Tips to Cure Your Money Phobia
Priceless Tips to Cure Your Money Phobia
By: Bean Jones
I don't like talking about money--mostly because I always think that I don't have enough that's worth discussing. On top of paying my bills and my college loan, I confess that I tend to splurge on comic books and talking key chains. So, whenever my mother calls and asks me, "Do you have enough money?" (It comes with being the youngest kid, I guess.) I just cut the conversation short by threatening to move back in with her and my dad. Of course, my mother laughs at this and then hangs up.
Recently, though, I got hold of Andrew Matthews' Being Happy!: A Handbook to Greater Confidence and Security and realized that my money phobia was costing me a lot. "Many people are uncomfortable about money and hence they keep themselves poor," says Mathews. He also adds: "If we are too attached to money, it becomes difficult to make it and difficult to hang on to it."
Needless to say, those statements hit real close to home. Thankfully, Matthews offered some mentally enriching tips that'll help me and others who are also suffering from money phobia:
1. Save first and spend what is left. People who see themselves as "perennially broke" often spend first and figure out what they will save later. So, figure out a savings plan and stick to it. For this task, I found the first Simpleology 102 lesson ("The Grand Law of Wealth: Increase Your Incomings and Decrease Your Outgoings") very helpful.
2. Always carry some cash. Aside from making you feel more prosperous, having money in your pocket will help you learn how to have self control. Just because you have cash, it doesn't mean you have to spend it. Take responsibility for your spending habits. Leaving your cash at home because you don't trust yourself not to spend every penny is the ultimate cop-out.
3. Spoil yourself occasionally. You have to realize that you can afford to spoil yourself. As you enjoy the money you have, you gain incentive to make more. But then again, put emphasis on the word, "occasionally." That certainly doesn't mean each time your paycheck comes in.
Hopefully, I can ditch my money phobia for good by doing these three things successfully and consistently for the long haul. Yes, I know that I should have resolved my money issues years ago, but, hey, we all have to start somewhere, right?

Simpleology Bestseller Blueprint - Limited Time
20 Hours of Mark Answering Every Question Imaginable About Becoming a Bestseller
You may remember the "Simpleology Bestseller Blueprint" product we released two months ago ...
We closed down registration so that we could complete our 4 "Marathon Coaching Calls" where Mark promised to stay on the line "until all your questions are answered, or until I pass out."
Well, ask they did ... Sheesh, these guys were ruthless!
In fact, these guys were so eager to squeeze every last bestseller-making secret out of Mark's mind that they kept him on for 5 hours at a time (!) for a total of about 20 hours. (And Mark loved every minute of it.)
The good news for you:
1. We recorded every minute of those calls and you can listen to them in their 100% uncensored glory. (there are marketing strategies on here you've never heard anywhere else - we guarantee it)
2. Because these recordings are so extremely valuable, we are going to raise the price of the Bestseller Blueprint to $1,497. (hey, that's still a bargain - Mark used to charge $2,000 an hour just to talk to him on the phone and he won't even accept that now)
3. We have re-opened the doors and you can purchase the Simpleology Bestseller Blueprint again now (with the 20 hours of Mark dishing out the answers to every meaningful question imaginable) - and for the first week you can still pick it up at the original price of $997.

If you're trying to lose your potbelly by doing 1,000 or so crunches a day, you'll probably be relieved to know that there's no such thing as spot reduction. (Read: You can stop doing it because it's not going to work.) Take it from Dr. Gabe Mirkin, author of Getting Thin: All About Fat - How You Get It, How You Lose It, How You Keep It Off for Good. "Exercising a muscle does not get rid of fat over the specific muscles that are exercised," he says, "If it did, tennis players would have less fat in their tennis arms, but they don't."
Bottom line: all the crunches in the world won't give you washboard abs. And what about the flood of gadgets promising you fabulous abs in just five minutes? Forget about them. Though we may all want to believe that strapping on a vibrating belt could melt away our belly fat while we're at home watching TV - it's just not possible.
Mirkin adds: "Exercises and 'ab' machines can strengthen sagging belly muscles, but they will not remove extra fat from your belly. The only way to lose fat from the place where you store most of your fat - whether it's your belly or your hips - is to lose weight overall."
If the good doctor's words don't convince you, get a second opinion from Mike Geary - a certified nutrition specialist and certified personal trainer - who says, "The perfectly chiseled fitness models in the [infomercials] did not get their perfect body by using that 'ab contraption.' They got their perfect body through real workouts and real nutrition strategies."
By that, Geary means you should exercise at least an hour a day and eat wisely.
It's best if we all get up from our couches and get moving. (Still, we can always dream of a gadget that'll give us sexy abs while we sleep.)

Does TV Make You Fat?
Last month we reported on a study at Johns Hopkins showing a strong correlation between the amount of sleep a child gets and obesity.
Harvard's Project Viva, a study of 2,000 mothers and their children, has reported a similar correlation between the amount of sleep a child gets (or lack thereof), and obesity.
If the same children also watched a lot of TV they were even more likely to be fat.
Now, the title of this blog post is deliberately misleading. See, science deals primarily with correlations and not causalities.
What does that mean?
Well, it means that we can't know for sure if the TV itself is causing the obesity. It's one of many possibilites that the correlation suggests.
Another possibility is that the obese kids chose a sedentary activity like TV as their favorite leisure activity.
I'd love to see if the same correlation exists for kids who surf the net an equal length of time.
Anyone know someone at Project Viva? I'd love to know if they are gathering that data as well ...

Simpleology News - The Printing Press of the Future is Free
The Printing Press of the Future is Free
In The Rise of the Author I talked about how technology is changing our lives right before our very eyes - and how the nature of the publishing industry is changing.
The printing press of the future is the computer monitor.
And delivery method of choice seems more and more to be the Adobe PDF file.
Why not just deliver your content via HTML?
Two reasons: portability and perception.
HTML will not render or print consistently across platforms, as much as we'd love it to. PDF will.
And the perception of information delivered via PDF is one of higher value. "Oh, this is a special file format. It's a book." Not "just a web page."
You could go purchase Adobe Acrobat for $300 and up (depending on the version), or ...
You can get Primo PDF for free. Yes, it doesn't have all of the bells and whistles of Acrobat or other non-free PDF converters, but do you really need them?
Suggested Resources: 7 Day Business Turnaround Kit for limitless ways to turn PDF files into cash flow.

Simpleology News - Exit Email Hell in 3 Steps
Exit Email Hell in 3 Steps
Here's one of the many things I do to cut down email overload.
We've been asking everyone for years at Simpleology to stop checking their email throughout the day - and to only check it after they have done their Daily Target Praxis (see Simpleology 101) and completed their Daily Targets.
This has an immediate positive effect on your productivity. It's like magic.
But if you've been using Simpleology you already know this.
Here are three steps you can take to cut down the email noise even more:
Step 1. Say goodbye to your current email address.
Let's face it - if you're getting pummeled with spam it's not gonna stop. Yes, you can use SpamArrest and other tools like that, but over time the SpamArrest filter box becomes just another inbox to check. You have to check it for false positives or risk losing mail.
So, what do you do?
You dump it. Forever.
Ask your sys admin or ISP to put up this autoresponder message:
Sorry, this email box is no longer valid. To learn how to contact me, please visit (YOUR WEBSITE HERE).
More about that in a minute.
2. Set up 5 email boxes as follows.
Your ISP may already provide you with multiple email accounts - if not, set up 5 Gmail accounts (you can access them all from the same copy of Outlook)
You'll need one email box for personal friends and family. Give that one out to ... you guessed it.
You'll need one for general business contacts. You give this one out to potential contacts you meet via your business card, your website, etc. (Tip: you should use a contact form or otherwise protect your address from spam-bots.) If you're like me you'll have someone else monitor this box for you and only send you stuff that's important.
You'll need a third box for "close" business contacts. These are people you work with daily, extremely important contacts, "mission critical" notifications (like the ones you get from Simpleology - hey, when you read us you get more time back than you put in), etc. You can "promote" certain people to this email box as needed.
You'll need a fourth box that you use to "sign up for free stuff." Every time you subscribe to a newsletter you'll use this address.
You'll need a fifth and final box for making online purchases. You guessed it ... Buy stuff - use this address.
So, how does this help?
Read on ...
3. Filter into 5 separate folders.
You can do this with most email clients. If you use Outlook (most of us do), for example, you'll use the "Rules Wizard."
You just have to create 5 folders in Outlook (corresponding to the 5 email boxes listed above) and then tell the Rules Wizard to send the email that comes in to each of those accounts to the corresponding folder.
How does this help?
Well, it should be obvious, but give it a shot and you'll see.
After I do my Daily Target Praxis and finish my Daily Targets, then I check my folder for emails from Close Business Contacts. If you've done this properly, this box should be 100% spam free.
I'll either answer the emails in this folder on the spot or add new items to my Dream Catcher (for processing in the next day's DTP).
Then I can peruse my other inbox folders at my leisure.
Side Note: If any of you guys want to turn this into a youtube video to make this system easier for folks to follow, go for it. I'll post about the first/best video tutorial I see in the blog. Just make sure you show folks how to read this original blog post in the video and also show them how to set up a Simpleology account - it's a vital part of the system. Post a link to your tutorial in the comments section and I'll keep my eye out for it.

Simpleology News - Caffeine Vs. Fat (and the Exact Recipe for Turning Into a Fatty)
Caffeine Vs. Fat (and the Exact Recipe for Turning Into a Fatty)
OK, I know I'm opening up the flame door with this one, but here's my opinion: caffeine gets an undeserved bad rap.
I think it's an extremely useful tool - especially for weight loss.
If you want to lose weight, increasing the number of calories you burn and decreasing the number you take in is the surest and best-known method.
Yes, it's not as simple as that. Timing of the food you take in, the types and ratios of macronutrients, etc. - all these things matter ...
However, one thing is certain: if you're sitting on your butt all day and shoveling in the Twinkies and Doritos you're gonna get fat.
So, you like to sit on your butt and eat junk?
Well, taking some caffeine can cut your appetite, so you may eat less.
And the "stimulant" effect of caffeine may inspire you to get up off your butt and move.
Yes, caffeine has its dangers - especially when used in extremely high doses for long periods - but comparing those dangers to the risks of obesity ... Well, the choice is pretty clear in my mind.
Those who follow a strict naturopathic philosophy are going to disagree with me, but that's where I stand.
All opinions are welcome here - agreeing with me is not a pre-requisite for hanging out at this space.
Do your own research and make your own choice.
Side Note: don't get your caffeine from carbonated beverages - there's a lot of evidence that shows they are six shades of bad for you. Try some green tea instead.
Suggested Resources: Simpleology103: The Simple Science of Energy
As I mentioned in a previous blog, I even learned from the introduction letter that was promoting Simpleology 103 about personal energy and health.

Simpleology News - "Hack" Into the Human Mind and Type in any Command
"Hack" Into the Human Mind and Type in any Command
Today we're releasing my first #1 best-seller (Mind Control Marketing) in ebook form (along with the controversial "Missing Chapter").
Since I let it go out of print a few years ago, used and tattered copies of the book have been sold on Amazon Marketplace and Ebay for $100 to $500.
But you can now download the same information instantly.
What is it?
Well, basically it's a "hacker's manual" into the human brain.
Computer hackers look for hidden loopholes where they can sneak their way into computers and get the computers to do their bidding.
Practitioners of Mind Control Marketing do this with the human brain.
And they use this not just to get people to fork over money to buy products, but also to influence people to do anything (ranging from seduction to sedition).
(If you are wondering why I made the decision to make this information public again, I address this in the intro to the ebook version, and in the Missing Chapter.)
Now, here's a little demonstration of one of the simpler "hacks" you can use to get people to do what you want ...
Imagine that you want to borrow $20 from someone. How likely are they to say yes?
What if you could get them to say yes almost every time?
Try this ...
1. Select someone you know, but that isn't a "best friend" (a best friend is too easy - and there are other tactics you need to use for strangers - you'll see when you read MCM).
2. Tell them you're in a really tough financial situation and that you really need their help.
3. After you make your situation clear say, "Look I'm $1,000 short on my rent this month, can I borrow it from you? I promise I'll pay you back next month."
4. They are very likely to say no unless they have lots of money and are really close friends.
5. After they say no say, "OK, I totally understand and I don't blame you at all. How about just 20 bucks then?"
Chances are extremely high that they will say "yes" to the 20 dollars. If you had simply asked directly, the likelihood of getting a "yes" would have been much lower.
This is what's known as the "Door in the Face Technique."
It's simple: if you want someone to comply with a request, ask them for something outrageously huge first - then ask for what you really want.
It works like a charm. Well, "charms" don't really work, do they? This does.
The applications of this simple technique are limitless. If you can imagine an interesting one, please share it with us in the "comments" section of this post.
This is but one of a great many "loopholes" into the human mind that you can exploit immediately to get people to do whatever you want.
Is it unfair to have this advantage?
I'll leave that for you to discuss. Meanwhile, I'm making this information public once again for now.

Is It Time You Found Your Missing Link?
Revolutionary Strategies You Won't Find Anywhere Else
For Leading Prospects To Rapidly See YOUR Point Of View…
Having trouble convincing the masses to move where you want them to go... are sales slumping and you're looking for a better way?
Then you'll be enlightened by what you are about to discover in this letter... in fact, it may be the most important 5 minutes of your year.
There are dozens of better ways to persuade people to willingly flock to your offerings:
- Without sleazy “used car salesman” flimflam
- Without expensive technological “widgets” that are supposed to do your work for you
- Without “one size fits all” solutions
- Without incomplete information that promises all the answers
- And without the pain and frustration you are feeling right now
The ability to persuade is NOT a luxury skill. Think about it for a minute… when you take the lead in anything – whether it be deciding what restaurant to hit Friday night with a group of friends, what movie to watch, or what car you’re going to buy – either you are doing the persuading, or someone is persuading you.
Listen up. Influence isn’t just for salesmen. From Fortune 500 CEO’s to stay at home moms, it’s used everyday by everyone… some use it well and get what they want… others don’t and just let people walk all over them.

Is There A Best Seller Inside of You?
Take 5 minutes and…
Now you can find out how to go from zero – to
Bestselling Author in as little as 58 Days…
(Even if you have no book, no publisher or no agent!)
From: Mark Joyner
Auckland, New Zealand
Monday, 2:47 PM
If there’s a story within you burning to get out, or a special skill you need to share with the world… prepare to have your life changed.
Why?
Because it’s easier than ever to publish a book and become a bestselling print author now than any other time in history.
More available bestseller lists, sure-fire cyber-marketing methods, and easily accessible publishing are only a few of the reasons why.
For people in business, a book is the ultimate “business card on steroids.”
For people with a story to tell, it’s a ticket to recognition, admiration and perhaps something much bigger.
What would it be like if your phone was ringing off the hook with radio and TV talk show offers? How would it feel to have people off the street suddenly recognize you?
That’s what being a bestselling author can do for you.
Of course the trick is… actually getting there!
It’s really a simple process. In fact, there are only 3 steps to becoming a bestselling author.
- Write a terrific book
- Publish it in a quality “package”
- Understand book marketing
You may think this is odd… but hear me out.
Once you’re a bestseller… your life certainly changes on the outside. But the very most stunning change is really on the inside.
I’m talking about EGO.
Not in a negative way… but an extremely positive one.
Because starting yourself out on a lifetime of bestseller status does wonders for your ego.
Now before you start thinking “the last thing I need is a big ego” consider this. It’s perfectly natural to have a large healthy ego after achieving something as momentous as bestseller standing.
That means I’m not talking about a big obnoxious ego. I’m confident that you can keep that from happening. And if you’re afraid you would go off the deep end… I’d prefer you didn’t get this package. (There’s plenty of unbearable people on earth, I don’t want to add to the population.)
Let your friends and family help you keep it in check if you need to.
But the truth is, boosting your ego practically forces you into seeing things in a radically new light. Suddenly, your significance is more apparent. It’s easier to achieve things that you once feared. You’ll possess a healthy sense of your new status in the world… how others view you.
And in the end, a boost to your ego will have a huge effect on your bank account.

Simpleology News - How to Lose Fat in Your Sleep
How to Lose Fat in Your Sleep
Youfa Wang, M.D. PhD from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health has found a clear connection between lack of sleep and child obesity (Journal of the Obesity Society February 2008).
In her study group, each additional hour of sleep a child received would decrease their risk of obesity by 9%.
They recognize that the following areas still need further research: how quality of sleep factors in, if this connection carries on through adulthood, exactly how lack of sleep causes obesity ...
... however, since the connection between healthy sleep and general health is so strongly established (mental acuity, immune strength, stress and exercise recovery), there's no reason why you shouldn't take this as a call to begin improving your sleep patterns immediately.
"8 hours" is the generally accepted recommendation for healthy adults, but the exact amount you personally need for peak performance may not be so simple. For further study: How Much Sleep Do I Need? (Web MD) and How Much Sleep Do We Really Need? (National Sleep Foundation)

Simpleology News - 3 Habits That Are Making You and Your Family Fat
3 Habits That are Making You and Your Family Fat –
Without You Even Knowing
( Hint: None of them have anything to do with eating. )
by Mark Joyner, Founder of Simpleology.
You wouldn’t expect these habits to make you fat – but they do.
1. Staying Up Late
The opposite would seem to make sense: If you stay up late, you
burn more calories. Burn more calories, burn more fat.
Right?
Unfortunately, staying up late can set off a multi-pronged attack on
your body composition.
First, sleep is vital for recovery. If you don’t get enough sleep, your
body won’t build as much muscle mass – no matter how much time
you spend in the gym. Less muscle mass = less fat burning power.
Next, if you are sleep-deprived, you increase levels of the stress
hormone “cortisol.” The connection between stress/cortisol and
obesity is well established, but it gets worse. A recent study (Epel,
Yale) shows that cortisol related fat storage tends to be around the
vital organs – the worst possible place to store fat in your body.
If that’s not enough, lack of sleep is linked with glucose intolerance
(diabetes), lower Growth Hormone levels, a weakened immune
system, low energy, and more …
Get a full night’s sleep (7 to 9 hours), but make sure your place of
rest is peaceful and pitch dark. Your natural sleep hormone,
melatonin, is suppressed when there is too much light.
2. Skipping Breakfast
Many people skip breakfast thinking it will help them to lose
weight.
“Fewer calories in – more fat burned.”
The reality is that skipping breakfast actually lowers your
metabolism so that at your next meal you’ll tend to overeat. To
make it worse, the food you eat on a lowered metabolism is more
likely to be stored as fat.
3. Prescription Drugs
Many of the drugs you are prescribed increase appetite, cause
edema, or slow our metabolism. That’s a recipe for getting, and
looking, fatter.
The most commonly used drugs that have these effects are oral
contraceptives, many anti-depressants, and estrogen
replacements.
Check with your doctor to see about finding suitable alternatives
that won’t make you fat.
As I mentioned in a previous blog, I even learned from the introduction letter that was promoting Simpleology 103 about personal energy and health.

I urge you to at least give this a shot ... Is music your future? Well, you'll never know unless you try and it's easier now than at any point in history to become a rock star. The statistics prove it.
Have you ever had a "smash success" at any point in your life? Maybe you had a great experience playing live on stage - or someone listened to your music and loved it? What if you had experiences like that every day of your life? It's not unusual for musicians to get "fan mail" on a daily basis. Mark Twain said "I can live for a month on a kind word" - imagine how rich you'll feel when you get kind words every day from adoring fans. There's only one way to find out if that will happen for you.

Lesson 1 –Digital Distribution of Independent Music

- Think you have to have hundreds of thousands of dollars to drop your CD? Think again. We'll introduce you to companies that will get you started for next to nothing. You only pay for what you sell and they do all the leg work for you.
- One of these companies will pay you an obscene 80% for every CD you sell.
- Step-by-step how to make your own CD.
- The secret to why some indie musicians never have to keep an inventory or act as their own distributor - allowing them to focus totally on music and marketing (hint: that's where you should be spending 99% of your energy - we'll show you how).

- Learn about a website used by Dr. Dre, Metallica, Christina Aguillerra and hundreds of other top acts to find the best studio for the job at the best price. These guys won't charge you a dime. You tell them what you're willing to pay, and what you want to do, and they'll match you up with the perfect studio free of charge.
- Bonus: if you don't want to use this service and want to do the research yourself, we've included a little excel worksheet that will make you basically "bullet proof" against recording studio rip-offs.
- No cash? No problem? We give you two sure fire tactics to sneak your way into free studio time. You'll laugh at how obvious and easy this is - and it goes on far more than you think.

- Baffled by the technology? You're not alone! We'll give you a short crash course that makes understanding recording easier than ever (we don't think there are "tough topics" only "bad teachers" - nothing should ever be too complex to understand).
- Bonus: we'll give you a worksheet to make comparing your gear easy as pie. Plus, we break down for you exactly the "right stuff" you'll need to make your recordings go toe-to-toe with the professionals.
- Want a 2nd opinion? We'll show you a few little-known review sites where thousands of music hardware geeks and seasoned studio pros hang out waiting desperately for the chance to help you make the right decision - all for free.

- The world of music promotion is far richer than you might imagine - we show you several avenues of instant distribution that you may have never heard of - or that you already know but didn't think to capitalize on.

- Learn about a website you can visit today that takes your music - turns it into a professional CD - and even takes your orders - only keeping 4 bucks per CD sold. They ship, they print, they process orders ... - heck, everything but making your song and cooking your breakfast. Yet another way to focus on your music and marketing - letting technology do the leg work allowing you to reap huge profit margins.
- Or what about this website that lets you turn your Myspace page into a cash register? You just upload your MP3, slap some code on your Myspace page - and kaching! You're in the music business. Sounds simple? Well, it is. Welcome to the digital age.
- Discover a little-known page tucked away in a corner of the net by a rogue UK tech guru that lists literally scores upon scores of sites where you can sell your music with just a few mouseclicks.
- One service let's you upload your song once and gets you listed in the top digital distribution sites in seconds.

- How to integrate the power of online music sales with the power of social networking - it's like adding a spark to a powder keg.
- And Much more ...

- iTunes is far from the only game out there - learn of dozens of places to list your music you've probably never heard of.
- Unleash the power of lyric databases - a little known way to bring in new visitors and buyers of your music.
- Learn to use these sites in a cohesive plan that gradually builds and snowballs into a massive traffic faucet you simply can not turn off.

- Have you ever thought there was a fan club for your music, but that you haven't found them yet? Well, stop looking. Learn four powerful techniques that grease the wheels so your legions of unknown fans can find you.
- How to use social networking without getting banned. I know some good friends who recently started using some "new" social networking techniques and almost lost their facebook account they had been building for a year. Social networking is not rocket science - it just takes little consistent steps, but you have to know the rules of Netiquette.
- We'll teach you some basic techniques here - then in the next chapters the fireworks begin. Now you're ready to master the big guns of traffic.

- E-newsletters are super simple, but deadly effective marketing techniques. If you don't have a newsletter, you should start one immediately - we'll show you how.
- But it's a double-edged sword ... If you don't know the subtle rules that can get your email tagged as spam, it won't matter how big your list is.
- Do this once and you can tap into your fan base for marketing effect time and time again ...

- What if you had an army of fans who were willing to create a massive promotional crusade for your music every time you asked? Stop asking "what if" and make it a reality. Building a street team is not hard - and once you have it you'll be able to "pull the trigger" on this fearsome marketing weapon at will.
- You'll learn a "simple but deadly" 4 point plan for building your street team step by step. Once your team reaches its "tipping point" - watch out! You might start needing to wear sunglasses in public.
- Believe it or not - the net wants to help you build your army. We show you four sites with totally essential tools for building your street team. Heck, one of these sites will even let you essentially "spy" (ethically) on listeners so you can target your music to their tastes if you so desire.

- Becoming a best-seller is so easy now - it's almost like clockwork if you know this plan.
- This is the same plan I used to turn four of my books into #1 best-sellers - one of them earning a spot on the most coveted Wall Street Journal best-seller list.
- The same tactics turned one of my sites into the #36 most visited site on the net in 1996.
- Can musicians use this same plan? You bet - there are several cases where this has happened in the last few years and they followed exactly this plan.
- NOTE: this has nothing to do with buying your own music. More musicians do this than most care to admit and many of the famous "best-seller" campaigns out there were put on my seedy marketers trumping up fake sales. This tactic has nothing to do with that at all. Customers will be buying your stuff and you'll be able to sleep at night proud that not only are you a best-seller, but you did it in an ethical and honest way. Yep, you don't have to sell your soul to be a best-seller - not by a longshot.
- There are subtleties to this plan most don't talk about - you'll learn the straight info from someone who has been on the inside of these campaigns dozens of times and never once missed the mark.
